• added seconds and turns used also in win screen when speedrun mode is on

Update 1.1

• Added a "speedrun mode".  Toggle in Pico 8 menu. Shows turns and timer in seconds on the bottom right
• Added spike traps that can be activated ones. By player or by monsters. Just a teaser in two levels. 
• New level in development
• Thinking of switching it too English. Feedback welcome
